From the start, Ruth was warm, professional and genuinely invested in making our day unique to us. She took the time to learn our story, our personalities, and what mattered most to us in that moment. She offered ideas and options, listened deeply, and collaborated so that the ceremony felt entirely ours , not a standard script, but a meaningful reflection of who we are together.
On the day, Ruth’s calm, confident presence helped keep us grounded and excited rather than nervous. She guided us smoothly through the ceremony. Her delivery was full of sincerity.We heard so many compliments afterwards about how funny and personal the ceremony felt. Which was perfect for us! Ruth also surprised us by playing our song while signing our certificate.
Ruth also took care of all the practicalities behind the scenes, making the legal paperwork seamless, being easy to reach in the lead-up, and adapting gracefully to any little change or last minute detail. It was such a relief to have someone so capable and experienced holding everything together.
Our day was everything we wanted and more thanks largely to Ruth’s dedication and expertise. Amazingly so organised through all steps and she made the whole experience stress free and fun which was a huge weight off the shoulders and exactly what we wanted!

When it comes to choosing a celebrant for your special day, there's nobody I would recommend more than Ruth.
When we were in the process of researching potential celebrants, I came across a photo of Ruth performing a wedding ceremony in a Chewbacca mask.
As a huge Star Wars fan, I saw it as a sign that we simply had to meet with her.
Upon meeting Ruth, my fiance (now wife) and I immediately felt comfortable with her, she had a kind and friendly disposition and a lovely personality with a great sense of humour.
We knew instantly that we wanted her to marry us and we didn't even bother meeting with any of our other shortlisted celebrants that we had picked.
Ruth went above and beyond to assist us with planning our ceremony, she even met with us via zoom late at night a couple of days before the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, she did an amazing job at keeping me calm before my bride came down the aisle. It had been a very stressful morning so this was a huge relief.
The ceremony that she prepared for us was absolutely beautiful and the personalised story she wrote was heartfelt and humourous at the same time.
We received so much positive feedback about our wedding ceremony.

Firstly we want to say a massive thank you to Ruth. She was so gracious and loving, just a beautiful human. She travelled all the way from Kallangur to Sunnybank just to have our appointment that we could have had it in the city (in between) but she insisted to coming to Sunnybank. We were touched from this moment. She explained everything to us so easily and there wasn't any dumb questions we felt like we couldn't ask. Ruth also put a lot of effort into the rehearsal and made sure we were happy with everything so far. On the actual day, we didn't have to worry about anything because we trusted Ruth and she handled everything perfectly. Ruth is absolutely amazing! She made the entire process wonderful. She was easy to contact leading up to the day and replied very quickly. She helped my partner write out his vows when he was stuck and she made my partner and I feel extremely comfortable the entire time. Ruth is professional but able to adapt to the bride, groom and environment to ensure everyone is comfortable. She ensures there is a couple of laughs amongst the tears which we loved! Ruth is lovely and she conducted a perfect wedding for us. I was extremely impressed that she was able to choose perfect vows for us somehow knowing what would fit from our first meeting. On the day she arrived 1hr before anyone else including myself just to make sure i guess she was super on time. She was the best value as well and she cared about what we could afford and accommodated out budget. We are so happy we chose her. She is lovely and our wedding was a perfect day. I don't think a review can fully explain how happy we were to have Ruth as our celebrant. All of our guests were so impressed by the ceremony she gave us. It felt as though we were being married by a friend. Not only did she have the most beautiful words to say, she knew when to keep it light and funny, and when to bring on the tears. She even took wedding photos of me getting ready as we couldn't afford a photographer. We felt extremely, extremely lucky and grateful to be married by her. I would do it all over again, and have her there with us every time.

Ruth Voysey, from the very moment we started discussing our wedding, became the glue to bring it all together. Planning a surprise wedding on Halloween, which was to be intimate, candlelit, personal and involved our young children, was made easier with Ruth's beautiful way with words bringing our ceremony together. We were able to incorporate our own vows and Ruth also sent out a copy of the ceremony a week before in case something needed changing. It did not. Her way with words was perfect. On the night Ruth arrived on time, was beautifully dressed and an absolute pleasure, even after when entering, confused guests were asking who she was and why she was at the murder mystery dinner.

The ceremony went off without a hitch, the video brings tears to my eyes. We truly couldn't have done it without Ruth and I'll recommend her to anyone wanting the perfect ceremony.
